It shouldn't be difficult. Example: tsdata <- data.frame(year=c(2000,2002,2003), x=c(1,2,3),y=c(10,11,12)) xy.ts <- as.ts(tsdata) library(zoo) as.zoo(xy.ts) Berend Hasselman
