Hi, I can't figure out how to get the P-values out of the summery of a logistic regression. I used: logit.out <- glm(...) and then I should be able to extract just the P values for the coefficients. Any idea?
The easiest way is probably to compute the summary and extract the p-values from that: summary(logit.out)$coefficients[,4].
