Which seems to me to say nothing about which versions of SPSS are supported, as I read it the point of Kjetil's question. John Fox has successfully read one SPSS10 dataset, but I don't think we know if the code reads all such datasets (even for earlier SPSS versions). These proprietary formats are not that well documented (and sometimes what documentation there is is incorrect or outdated).
