R statistical Library download problem

     I just download R 2.0.0 and R 2.0.1. After I tried to un-zip
them , I got error message "Error reading header after processing 0
entries" for both of them.

No distribution of R is a zip file.  The sources are .tar.gz files, 
gzipped tar archives.

   Could you help? Thanks!
