fractal image analysis
Hi
Let me put my vote in for imageJ as well. It's designed to do (gosh) image analysis stuff, whereas R is not. Of course you can write whatever algorithms you like in R :-), but for specialized work it's often better to use a specialized tool.
I agree. But I do not know any group of people with better ability solving problems than R-help, that's why I asked here. Regards Petr
