Installing gregmisc under windows 2000

I went through the following steps using RGUI menus to install gregmisc from CRAN. It appears to install but at the end R does not seem to be able to find it. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
It's a bundle nowadays, so you need to load one of it's constituent packages.
