Dataframe,Matrix,Table
I don't understand what you mean by a header line but does this do the other two for you?
mydata <- data.frame( 1:5, 21: 25)
mydata
names(mydata) <- c("alph", "louie")
rownames (mydata) <- letters[1:5]
mydata
