For problems within packages, try the package maintainer. He might want to know what exactly you are trying to do. Most people here will not even realize that this is to do with the "rrdf" package.
However this message is from Java via the rJava package and so you might need to consult its maintainer. Note that .jinit takes Java parameters and you may need to set them (e.g. -Xmx) for the size of the problem.
