ANOVA in Randomized-complete blocks design

Hi, I am trying to do an analysis of variance for Randomized-complete blocks design. I have 4 treatments and 3 replication, without intraction.then I am going to use LSD test for comparison between medium values of treatments.

I already did that in SAS, but I am not familiar with R very well. Dose anybody has this Code?
Please help me.
