Subject: How calculate Wilks Lamda in a one way repetead measure design?
Hi,
how can I comute Wilks Lambda from a repeated measure design with one
factor (5 levels)? I think the trick is to use manova(), but I can't
figure out how. The data is stored in a data frame like:
vp trial adiff
1 am ENC 0.16
2 am ECR 0.14
3 am UEA 0.09
4 am UED 0.14
5 am Blank -0.15
6 ba ENC 0.14
...
where vp are the subjects, trial is a factor (5 levels) and adiff is the
dependent variable.
Thanks, Sven
