hsv2rgb in R

I noted that there is a hsv2rgb in the C-API, but no corresponding 

function in

R, while rgb2hsv is available in R.

Does the functionality of hsv2rgb hide under some other name?

I agree that it does seem like such a function ought to exist.  You can 
use col2rgb(hsv(...)) to get what you want.
