PICT output? R plot to word

Why not create a Windows metafile using win.metafile()? I think this functions might be available only in the Windows version of R.

Colleagues
I simply use cut (ctrl-c) and paste (ctrl-v) from the graph window of R
straight into word. Works a treat.....
