Adding mean and SEM in Hmisc ecdf

It is customary to show quantiles on ecdfs, and the functions make that easy. You can add other points or reference lines to an existing plot easily if using the non-lattice ecdf. To do it with the lattice version ecdf.formula you will have to change its default panel function.
