You really need to get into better touch with your feelings, man... how are we supposed to know what you want? ;-) In general you should be using the main release unless you know there is a bug in it that affects you and has specifically been addressed in the patched version. The patched version may have also introduced new bugs and has in general been tested less than the main release version. But hey... pick your own poison... maybe you want to contribute more bug reports per week... patched would be just your thing!
