extracting correlations from nlme
Hi, I would like to know how (if) I can extract some of the information from the summary of my nlme.
This is R. There is no if. Only how.
at present, I get a summary looking something like this:
> summary(fit.nlme)
[snip]
I would like to extract the table of correlations, but have not been able to do it.
ss <- summary(fit.nlme) ss$corFixed Cheers, Simon.
