unzip error with odfWeave and OpenOffice

Hello r-help mailing list readers,

I am trying to create a report with OpenOffice (ver 4.0.1) using the
odfWeave (ver 0.8.4) package.
This is completely new to me so I am using part of an example from the book
R in Action.
I have used 7-zip on the file and this opens it correctly, am I doing
something wrong in setting up the process.

input to R (3.0.2)

outfile <- "example-out.odt"
odfWeave(infile, outfile)
