R error

I get this error message: Creating database /cuffData.db Error in sqliteNewConnection(drv, ...) : RS-DBI driver: (could not connect to dbname: unable to open database file Any ideas why?
At least according to the documentation the first argument for that function should be a "Directory in which all CuffDiff output files can be located". Uwe Ligges
