Dear R-developers and users.
Today, I upgraded from R 1.6.0 to 1.6.1
Next, I wanted to install the packages I commonly use....
Then I couldn't find the "ts" package for time series analysis.
Is there a temporary problem with this package, or, has it been included in another package ?
