gdata package for genetics
From the description file
Depends: combinat, gdata, MASS Now, gdata is part of the gregmisc bundle.
install.packages("genetics", depend=TRUE)
would have figured this out for you.

Really?: please search the list of packages at http://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/PACKAGES.html again, for my browser finds `gdata' there.
