I'd recommend learning about p.adjust and the multcomp package
*instead* of following the flowchart.

Another approach to correcting for multiple testing is implemented in
the pacakge qvalue by Storey (see CRAN and also
http://faculty.washington.edu/~jstorey/qvalue/).
