mgcv 1.5-0

mgcv 1.5-0 is now on CRAN. Main changes are:

* REML and ML smoothness selection are now available.

* A Tweedie family has been added.

* `gam.method' has been replaced (see arguments `method' and `optimizer' 
   for   `gam')
