Chen Huashan's searchable archive?

Is it just me, or is this site not now available?

I have had problems there since late-September and sent an e-mail to him
about it.  To date I have not seen a reply, so I don't know if he is no
longer there or otherwise incredibly busy and has not had the time to
investigate.

The main domain of http://www.baidao.net/ is intact however.
