msvcr80.dll is missing
Please ask about Rgraphviz (and particularly binary distributions of it) on the list of those providing it (which is not R!). And do use a sensible subject line (which really does need to include 'Rgraphviz'), as the posting guide asked you to.

Because if you use Side-by-side ('sxs') installs, you need to add a
manifest to access them.
My guess is that you have the wrong install of Graphviz (sic), but you
have written the the wrong list *and* blatently ignored our posting
guide, so leaving us to make stabs in the dark.
I certainly have Rgraphviz running correctly on R 2.13.0 on Windows 7
(both architectures, but you failed to specify which you are using).
