All results not showing in console (very large dataset)
Write the results into an object and use head()? Quick example dat1 <- data.frame(aa = sample(x, 500, replace = TRUE), bb = sample(x, 500, replace = TRUE), cc = sample(x, 500, replace = TRUE), dd =sample(x, 500, replace = TRUE) ) head(dat1) see ?head for more details John Kane Kingston ON Canada

However, the output is so large that I cannot see the first sets of results in the console. How can I view them? I have tried saving to text, but it only saves what's in the console. Or is there a way to report the first X number of results from each contrasting test? Or summarise each test result individually?
