Syntax of Math Text

(choose the one appropriate for your paper size).

This is an paper about the math annotation stuff.  I am about to sign
over the copyright on this to JCGS and will have to remove these copies
when I do.

The paper has a summary of the annotation capabilities and some
explanation of the approach and its difficulties.  A manual style
description will be available in its place soon(ish).
