Sorry to bother everyone. What has changed in Sweave since 2009?

Sweave("Crs.Rnw")
Error: c("'Crs.HdrFct.Rnw'", "'Crs.Rnw'") is not ASCII and does not 
declare an encoding

No error in 2009 with the same files.
