What is par.old()? If you mean par(): you cannot always make the figure region as large as the whole device region. Either enlarge the device region or set fin to a smaller value. Uwe Ligges
image(x, etc.) I get the message: Error in plot.new(): Figure region too large Is there anything I can do?
