pictex graphics device and color

Unfortunately, the source code for the pictex driver contains no handling of colour. Not sure how hard it would be to add; https://svn.r-project.org/R/trunk/src/library/grDevices/src/devPicTeX.c is the file to look at if you're interested. Paul
