Latex in graphics

Are you offering to write documentation?

How hard can it be? :-)  

Actually, what is the procedure for documentation.  What tools do I need
(ie. latex2html?, etc.) and how does it make it to the distribution,
etc.?  Also, I am on a Windows PC.
