Try: library(ggplot2) ggplot(mtcars, aes(mpg, qsec, colour = as.factor(gear))) + geom_point() + geom_smooth(method = lm, se = FALSE) You probably will have to melt your data to get into the right format. John Kane Kingston ON Canada
