            a file in the program files area referred to.

            .. and this tells you you don't have permission to open a
            file for writing
            (mode 'w' in the same location

            Conclusion; you're trying to write to an area you don;t have
            permission to
            write to.

            Either change the permissions for that area (insecure) or
            use a different
            file location for temporary files.
