Is there a way to fix this.
Can you try to reinstall R (possibly R-patched?) under Mountain Lion? If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you bump this to the R-SIG-Mac list: Simon is often there and he's the Mac guy for R. Cheers, Michael
One thing that I have noticed (after updating all my installed packages) is that much of ggplot2 will not work for me anymore.
