A statistical scandal?

I have a slightly off-topic question, but I think I got it
originally from this list:

I am looking for an article (probably to some mailing-list)
titled "A Statistical Scandal" (I think)

It is an e-mail from John Nelder.  I saw this on the "allstat"
mailing list, although of course it may be available elsewhere.
