Have you changed your recommended tool set for building R 1.3 and contributed packages under Windows? I'm going to be integrating Atlas on my Windows builds, so I need to build them from source. IIRC the last time I tried to build Atlas with your recommended tool set on Windows, everything worked on the Atlas end, but I didn't have an R to use with it at the time.
