"Source R code" via menu "File"

It is a bug in the translation support, and it is fixed in the current R-patched (and has been for some time).
R: version 2.1.0 patched (2005-04-18) (Which is the day 2.1.0 was
released, so I would not treat that as preferably to the official 2.1.0.)
