hello
pgeo<-predict.glm(glm.ob,type="resp") works fine.
But I need to get predictions values in terms of each factor variables.
pgeo<-predict.glm(glm.ob,type="terms")
gives "Error in rep(1/n,n) %*% model.matrix(object): non conformable
arguments"
Could anyone tell me why ?
