Acrobat reader could open the file. When I tried to print, it
stopped at page 14. I subsequently found that pages 14 and 15 (Peter
Dalgaard's article) wouldn't print and the rest were OK.
some weird postscript at this point. Or maybe ghostview/ghostscript is
buggy and I need a newer version (I have a nonpostscript printer and I
use ghostscript filter).
My version of gv will show my article, but barfs at p8, 13, 16, 17,
and probably onwards (didn't check them all). That's been updated to
v.6.0 whereas stock RH6.2 is 5.50.
Xpdf reads it fine and printing it to a file from there also yield
something readable with gv, as does running pdftops on it. So probably
something is up with ghostscript and/or Acrobat.
We can confirm the problem with ghostscript, too. We'll shortly put up
a .ps.gz file which works fine under ghostscript.
