Subject: A statistical scandal?
In-Reply-To: <199812041059.XAA26422@stat1.stat.auckland.ac.nz>
I have a slightly off-topic question, but I think I got it
originally from this list:
I am looking for an article (probably to some mailing-list)
titled "A Statistical Scandal" (I think), which I once have
seen, but now cannot find. It was about how bad some
statistical packages handles certain tasks. I also remember
the phrase "four-letter acronym" regarding the name of
one such package.
Can anyone help me finding this article? Thanks!
