Installing hdf5
I can install hdf5 smoothly. I am using R2.5.0 on WinXP-32bit machine.
configure: error: Can't find HDF5
It looks u r using x86_64 machine. Maybe u need install hdf5 from source code. I have been install hdf5 on both CentOS and Fedora, no error messages. ZHUANSHI
