Another related problem with the interaction.plot ()
function. It doesn't
plot for the group that has one for more missing values. Say
I have a Y
variable and two factors A and B, where A has 3 levels and B has two
levels. There are a few missing values for Y when B is at
level 1. When you do
interaction.plot (A, B, Y)
you will have a plot missing the lines for B = 1.
