Off Topic: GSL installation for Windows
See the ReadMe (which should be the first place to look) at http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/2.0/@ReadMe It's easy once you have gsl-1.5 built (the gnuwin32 project's version is too old), but getting gsl-1.5 built is not straightforward.
