NA's values and ts
Hi,
You can't do much, but try reading the help page for na.omit.ts (not na.omit) and see also (the same page)
I've done, and nothing
?na.contiguous
Doesn't work
You can't handle that at all well. R's code is not set up to handle time series with many missing values. Find a package that does (and most that I know of do not).
In variable 'rain' I have 7 NA values, are them too much?. And if so, which would be a plausible approach to this kind of time series data?
