Hi, I downloaded a binary version of R for my Solaris 10 box (from http://www.sunfreeware.com/programlistsparc10.html#R), and everything looked fine during the installation. However, I got a "X11 module cannot be loaded" error when I attempted to save a graph to be a png file. Are your library paths correct? Is your Solaris fullly patched? libSM.so.6 is part of Solaris, in /usr/openwin/lib. If that exists, try adding /usr/openwin/lib to LD_LIBRARY_PATH (e.g. in R_HOME/etc/ldpaths). If not, get it from your Solaris installation discs.

But that is not what it says is missing.
