Your best bet is Uwe Ligges's "scatterplot3d" package -- see
http://www.ens.gu.edu.au/robertk/R/help/00b/0520.html
for an answer to a similar question.
[I must admit that I was only able to find this in the archives because I
knew it was there somewhere and searched on "Ligges". Just looking for
"3D barplot" didn't help.]
