\code{x[ind,,]} -- Rd2dvi translates double commas to black square. Work around?
Any ideas for a work around? Escaping the commas (\,) doesn't work as it drops the comma to the next line.
Putting a space between the commas works. I think it's ugly, though. Does anyone have a better idea? Jason
