Fortran DLLs

needed to make either Rcmd or SHLIB work. Where do I get them and what directory do I install them to? (ci3int.f is a FORTRAN source file.) You are missing Perl itself. It is all in `readme.packages'. Also there is the advice not to use spaces in file names: you will need to quote the path to make this work (if it will work at all).
