ANCOVA with 2 within-subject factors

Hi,

I have two within-subject factors A and B, and covariate CV, and wanna run
an ANCOVA on the dependent variable DV.

my code is:

ancova=aov(DV~factor(A)*factor(B)+CV+Error(factor(subject)/(factor(A)*factor(B))),data=data)


Is that correct?
