Or you can modify Rprofile.site with options(htmlhelp=TRUE) and get your help in HTML browser, which can be sometimes more convenient due to hyperlinks. Best regards Petr

?graphics.off is for graphic windows only. You don't tell us, but I assume you are working with RGui under Windows. If you don't want many help windows, you can still change it in Edit -> GUI preferences -> Pager style -> single window. Best, Philippe Grosjean Uwe Ligges wrote:
