duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed

Thank you for your reply :)! Is it possible to solve the problem by using A.4, A.4a, A.9 and A.91? How one cand do this in R?

You have used A.4 and A.9 twice.

Look at 

nam

# or 

duplicated(nam)
