glmm library

It was mentioned on S-News that R has a generalized mixed-effects model 
library called glmm. I have not been able to locate this on CRAN. Which
package should I look for and would this be on CRAN or at another
location? Thanks

I suspect that the reference was to the glmm _function_ in my repeated
library available at
